Dr. Dave Lees is a member of Leading Reframed. He holds a Doctorate in Interdisciplinary Leadership and an MBA with a specialization in Financial Psychology, both from Creighton University. Additionally, he holds graduate degrees from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and Air University. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®), and Six Sigma Green Belt, Dr. Lees brings a depth of practical leadership experience from his service as both an enlisted member and commissioned officer in the U.S. Air Force, as well as his tenure in the Civil Service. His passion for teaching began early in his military career as an Enlisted Technical Training Instructor and Flying Training Instructor. His published work focuses primarily on training and development, leadership, and program/project management.
